Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking an FP&A Systems and AI Manager to lead the Pigment-based planning platform within the Finance team. You design, implement, and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and headcount workflows while mentoring finance partners to build their own models and dashboards.

You’ll own data pipelines, integrations with NetSuite, Salesforce, and TeamOhana, and champion AI adoption with Claude to deliver timely, high-quality insights across planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on systems builder for enterprise planning tools.
• Deep fluency in Pigment and automation, with AI knowledge.
• Experience integrating planning tools with AI (Claude).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve Pigment workflows for budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and headcount planning.
• Empower finance partners to create models, dashboards, and reports.
• Own and maintain data pipelines and integrations with NetSuite, TeamOhana, Salesforce.
• Champion AI usage and expand AI applications across FP&A workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and documentation for Pigment users.
