Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a part-time Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow analysis. This fully remote role from LATAM requires proactive finance skills and a strong ability to translate data into insights for leadership.

The role involves invoicing and payments, contract management, and meticulous financial tracking across internal tools. Advanced English is required, with experience in cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
Experience building and maintaining financial models in Excel / Google Sheets.
Proven track record in cash flow management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Ability to work comfortably in a part-time setup with high self-management and accountability.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
Based in LATAM.

Responsibilities

Contractor invoicing & payment execution: request, receive, and cross-check contractor invoices before payments.
Payment operations: coordinate and execute payments through platforms (Deel, Wise, Payoneer) and banking channels.
Contract management: draft, issue, track, and archive IC agreements and employee contracts.
Financial tracking & data hygiene: maintain records of costs, invoices, and payments.
Budgeting & variance analysis: track monthly cash flow and variance (Budget vs Actual).
