Valatam is seeking a Finance Assistant for a 100% remote role to support Latin American clients. The position requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency and 3–5 years in finance or accounting assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish required.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting assistance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and prepare balance sheets.
• Track and reconcile bank statements.
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
• Process tax payments.
• Support monthly payroll and maintain organized records.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
