Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis across the business. You will work with the FP&A team, Accounting, and partners to understand results and drive decisions.

The position is hybrid, located at our HQ in City of Industry, CA, requiring three days in the office weekly. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years FP&A experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of FP&A/financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecasts, and monthly financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, reports, and schedules.
• Analyze monthly results and explain variances vs. budget/forecast/year.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and review activity.
• Prepare monthly reporting and management presentations.
• Work with business partners to understand spending and trends.
• Automate recurring reports and improve processes.
