Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, analyzing performance, and delivering executive-ready variance analyses and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3-5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain financial models to support decisions.
• Analyze performance trends across the organization.
• Prepare variance analyses and executive reporting materials.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve financial visibility.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Leadership teams.
