Binance is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support monthly and quarterly management reporting and closing processes for a global, remote-first team. You will analyze cost centers such as Marketing and Opex, validate data, and provide actionable commentary on business performance.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree (CIMA/CGMA preferred) with 5+ years in financial analysis or related fields.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience; audit also considered.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; sense of urgency.
• Self-starter, proactive, organized, able to drive toward goals.
• Able to navigate unstructured environments and manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Assist in monthly and quarterly management reporting preparation.
• Support monthly closing processes and own areas like Marketing and Opex analysis.
