Qualifications

• 3+ years FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with complex formulas and scenario modeling.
• Based in LATAM with 100% remote availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Monitor performance against targets; report monthly/quarterly/annual variances.
• Build scalable financial models and cash flow projections.
• Create management reports and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate to streamline data collection and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial statements and datasets.
