Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support monthly and quarterly management reporting and closing processes for a global, remote-first team. You will analyze cost centers such as Marketing and Opex, validate data, and provide actionable commentary on business performance.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree (CIMA/CGMA preferred) with 5+ years in financial analysis or related fields.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience; audit also considered.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; sense of urgency.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the team in the monthly and quarterly preparation of management reporting
• Assist on the various monthly closing process and take ownership on specific areas (e.g. Marketing, Opex analysis)
• Check and validate data generated by system, identify and correct errors, analysing trend, provide commentary for business performance
• Take part in various process improvement initiatives / projects. Provide project management support for system enhancements where relevant
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects / analysis involving cost efficiency, automation, planning, data validation

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, CIMA/CGMA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• 5 years+ related work experience in financial analysis, audit is also considered as we welcome anyone who would like to switch career path from other finance roles to FP&A
• Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, pay attention to details is essential
• A self-starter who takes initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
• Excellent communication and people skills
