Canonical is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A and finance teams. You will contribute to monthly business reviews, forecasts, and planning, leveraging data to influence critical financial and strategic decisions. This is a remote role linked to EMEA or Americas time zones.

You will analyze unit economics, support budgeting, and partner with stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and scalable processes for a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and quantitative reasoning capabilities.
• Proven experience building financial models and forecasting scenarios.
• Professional written and spoken English with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate insights into unit economics, drivers of variance, and KPIs.
• Support quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.
• Analyze commercial initiatives for strategic/financial impact.
• Develop data-driven analyses to support fast-growing business decisions.
