Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, projections, and ad hoc reports in a hybrid or remote role. The position reports to the FP&A Manager and is available in multiple U.S. locations, including Long Beach, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance plus 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a fast-paced workload.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, present findings, and devise solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical reports to analyze employee productivity and firm performance.
• Compile and deliver supporting reports for partner inquiries.
• Prepare and update recurring monthly and quarterly budgeting reports.
• Update fixed assets and prepare depreciation reports.
• Report on complex data points and ad hoc finance analyses.
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.
