Job summary

Novogradac is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, projections, and ad hoc reporting within the Finance Department. This is a remote or hybrid role reporting to the FP&A Manager.

The firm has one available position in Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Dover, OH; Long Beach, CA; or Portland, OR, with possible remote/hybrid arrangements depending on business needs. Please discuss options with your recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 1–3 years of experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a fast-paced workload.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical reports to analyze employee productivity and firm performance.
• Compile and deliver supporting reports in response to partner inquiries.
• Prepare and update recurring monthly and quarterly financial planning and budgeting reports.
• Update fixed assets and prepare depreciation reports.
• Report on complex data points and ad hoc finance analysis reports.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.
