Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern to support budgeting, projections, and ad hoc reports within the Finance Department. The role is remote or hybrid, reporting to the FP&A Manager, with positions available in multiple U.S.

locations or remote where permitted. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in accounting or finance with 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize a fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical reports to analyze firm performance and employee productivity.
• Compile and deliver supporting reports for partner inquiries.
• Prepare and update recurring monthly and quarterly financial planning and budgeting reports.
• Update fixed assets and prepare depreciation reports.
• Provide ad hoc finance analyses and develop practical solutions.
