Novogradac is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, projections and ad hoc reports within the Finance Department. The role can be remote or hybrid, with reporting to the FP&A Manager. Multiple city options are available, and some roles may be remote or hybrid depending on business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelors in accounting or finance with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a varied workload.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare analytical reports to analyze employee productivity and overall firm performance.
• Compile and deliver supporting reports in response to partner and principal inquiries.
• Prepare and update recurring monthly and quarterly financial planning and budgeting reports.
• Update fixed assets and prepare depreciation reports.
• Report on complex data points and ad hoc finance analysis reports.
