Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc reporting within the Finance Department. This is a remote or hybrid role reporting to the FP&A Manager, with flexibility across multiple U.S.

locations including Atlanta, Austin, Dover, Long Beach, or Portland. You'll prepare analytical reports on productivity and firm performance, update depreciation, and deliver recurring monthly/ quarterly FP&A reports while collaborating with partners and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 1–3 years accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage a fast-paced workload with shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail.
• Solid analytical skills: gather data, analyze, present findings, and craft solutions.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analytical reports evaluating employee productivity and overall firm performance.
• Compile and deliver supporting reports in response to partner inquiries.
• Prepare and update recurring monthly and quarterly financial planning and budgeting reports.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation reports.
• Produce reports on complex data points and ad hoc finance analyses.
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned.
