T:0 is the AI-native platform helping founders automate finance from bookkeeping to investor reporting. We’re building an AI-powered engine and moving fast alongside customers. You’ll own paid acquisition, measurement, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand gen, or a similar hands-on role.
• You've run paid campaigns yourself — built them, funded them, optimized them.
• You're comfortable with tag managers, UTM hygiene, analytics tools, a CMS or landing page builder.
• Experience marketing to founders or early-stage startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition. Manage our agency relationship and hold them to results. Own budget pacing, channel mix, creative testing, and reporting.
• Build the measurement spine. Pixels, UTM conventions, event tracking, attribution.
• Ship landing pages and run conversion rate optimization. Build pages fast, test them, kill the losers.
• Own lifecycle marketing end to end. Design and run onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement programs.
• Grow our distribution. Our Product Marketer writes the T:0 newsletter; you grow the list and other owned channels.
• Own technical SEO and organic social publishing. Site structure, speed, indexing, schema, and channel distribution.
• Report on all of it. Weekly read on what's working, what's not, and what you're changing.
