Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with C-level audiences.
• Ability to travel to Japan at least quarterly.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial lifecycle for the Japan book of business.
• Travel to Japan for relationship building and deal advancement.
• Represent Runway at events and industry forums in Japan.
• Partner with internal teams to translate Japan-specific market signals.
• Onboard new partners to the platform and analyze performance.
