AuDHD Test is seeking a hands-on founding Full-Stack Product Engineer to own features from idea to production in a remote-first setup. You will influence product, architecture and growth with high autonomy.

Responsibilities include shipping end-to-end experiences, building React/Next.js surfaces and APIs, and improving performance, privacy and accessibility while maintaining user trust. This is a full-time role with flexible contractor discussions based on experience.

Qualifications

• Track record shipping full-stack web products beyond prototypes.
• Fluency with React/Next.js, TypeScript and APIs.
• Experience with databases, cloud deployment, testing, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Ship reliable user experiences across assessment, results and report flows.
• Build and improve TypeScript/React/Next.js product surfaces and supporting APIs.
• Strengthen payments, email delivery, analytics, internationalisation and internal tools.
• Improve performance, accessibility, privacy and conversion without compromising user trust.
• Turn feedback and funnel data into clear experiments and production releases.
