Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer to lead a major enterprise deployment. You’ll own the delivery workstream end-to-end, from planning to go-live, coordinating with executives and operators to ensure value realization.

This role blends hands-on implementation with high-stakes stakeholder management. Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in consulting or SI, strong PM skills, and comfort working with engineers and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in consulting or SI environments.
• Ability to own a workstream end-to-end and drive timelines.
• Supply chain consulting background preferred; cross-industry welcome.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• High energy, initiative, and comfort in large client organizations.
• Clear communication with both engineers and non-technical staff.
• SQL and Python familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Lyric deployment workstreams end-to-end from planning to go-live.
• Manage project plans independently and update stakeholders regularly.
• Align priorities with client executives, manage risk, ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions.
• Train customer teams to use Lyric effectively and confidently.
• Serve as the primary contact for end-users through go-live and steady-state.
• Translate business needs into platform builds with delivery teams.
• Apply AI tools in delivery: LLM modeling, agentic workflows, docs and tests.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI in planning operations.
