Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer to lead platform delivery on one of our largest enterprise engagements. This senior, customer‑facing role owns a workstream end‑to‑end—from planning through go‑live—with the judgment and credibility to earn the confidence of tenured operators and engineers.

You will operate hands‑on with urgency, run meetings, build project plans, and align priorities with executives to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator
• Experience leading end-to-end deployment projects
• Comfortable interfacing with executives and engineers
• Background in supply chain or enterprise integrations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own Lyric deployment workstreams end-to-end, from planning through go-live
• Run meetings and manage the project plan independently, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status
• Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions for our customers
• Train and enable customer teams, including engineers and experienced operators, to adopt Lyric’s platform effectively
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users through go-live and into steady-state monitoring
• Partner closely with Lyric's delivery team to translate business needs into the platform build
