Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy roles.
• Adept knowledge of supply chain domains with technical and business fluency.
• Expertise in modeling, planning, or AI/ML-driven use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic success of Lyric's largest enterprise accounts with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead quarterly reviews, governance and executive engagements to align goals and roadmap.
• Embed within customer organizations to translate challenges into actionable strategies.
• Shape renewal and expansion opportunities with Sales and growth workshops.
• Build hands-on in Lyric Studio and direct small teams to prototype ideas.
• Surface customer voice to Product and advocate for roadmap priorities.
• Train customer teams on the platform and enable self-sufficiency.
• Craft business cases for expansion and drive account growth.
