Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer to lead platform delivery on a major enterprise engagement. This role is customer-facing and will own a workstream end-to-end, from planning through go-live, with responsibility for delivering value and managing risk.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in consulting or systems integration, is comfortable leading meetings, and can navigate a large client organization. Remote US role with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator, building and managing technology systems.
• Comfortable owning a workstream hands-on: running meetings and building project plans.
• Supply chain consulting background preferred; oil & gas experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own Lyric deployment workstreams end-to-end, from planning through go-live.
• Run meetings and manage the project plan independently, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and status.
• Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of Lyric solutions for customers.
• Train customer teams to adopt Lyric’s platform effectively, building confidence in the toolset.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users through go-live and steady-state monitoring.
• Collaborate with Lyric's technical delivery team to translate business needs into the platform build.
