Lyric is hiring a Forward Deployed Solution Strategist in a Director-level, customer-facing capacity within its Customer Success organization. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion across top enterprise accounts, embedding deeply within customer teams to translate challenges into actionable strategies and value.

The role blends supply chain expertise with strong technical fluency and relationship-building. The position is remote with up to 30% travel within the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market roles.
• Fluency in Modeling, Analysis, Planning, or AI use cases.
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Excellent communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic success of Lyric's largest enterprise accounts.
• Lead Quarterly Success Reviews, governance sessions, and executive engagements.
• Embed deeply within customer organizations to understand challenges and translate to solution strategies across scenario modeling, planning, and AI/ML use cases.
• Partner with Sales on renewal strategy, expansion pathways, and growth roadmap workshops.
• Build hands-on in Lyric's platform, Lyric Studio, and prototype ideas with customers.
• Surface the voice of the customer to Product for roadmap prioritization.
• Train and enable customer teams on Lyric's platform for long-term self-sufficiency.
• Craft compelling business cases for expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive growth.
