MonetizeMore is seeking an Engineering Manager / Lead for Forward Deployed Solutions to guide client-facing technical implementations and partner success. This true player-coach role blends 50% technical leadership and AI strategy with 50% hands-on client architecture.

You will lead a team focused on AI deflection systems, proactive problem solving, and enterprise client deployments globally, including Brazil, with English and Portuguese fluency essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience.
• 1–2+ years in a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager role.
• Bilingual Portuguese and English proficiency.
• Frontend web technologies: JavaScript ES6+, HTML/CSS; REST APIs/HTTP.
• Experience with ad-tech integrations: GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of solutions engineers and evolve culture from reactive to proactive partner solutions architecture.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows and deflection tools.
• Own partner health metrics, revenue performance, and technical SLAs across accounts.
• Lead Brazil market technical engagements and complex integrations; fluent Portuguese support.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to convert partner pain points into product features and architecture.
