Job summary

Truelogic is seeking an Implementation Engineer to own technical workstreams from scoping to go-live. You will build and configure integrations between an AI-powered platform and agency/customer tools, across APIs, data systems, cloud technologies, and evolving AI workflows.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong problem-solver who can work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Experience with AI-enabled tools and agent-driven workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering or a related technical delivery role.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud-based architectures (Google Cloud, Azure).
• Independently deliver high-quality technical implementation work on complex projects.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with AI-enabled development tools and multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation workstreams end-to-end from scoping to go-live.
• Build and configure integrations between the platform and agency/customer tools such as Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe, dashboards.
• Evaluate integration approaches, data mappings, configuration requirements, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout rollout.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs early.
• Understand customer data environments to tailor onboarding and implementation.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, docs, and onboarding processes.
• Mentor junior implementation engineers and share knowledge.
• Leverage AI-enabled development tools for automation, debugging, and operations.
• Orchestrate multi-step AI/agent-driven workflows selecting models and tools.
• Review AI outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, and architectural fit.
• Support prompts, evaluation frameworks, and operational context systems.
• Contribute to automated evaluation loops for AI-enabled systems.
• Stay current with APIs, integration patterns, and AI tooling.
