Cohere Health is seeking a Manager, Forward Deployed Healthcare Analytics to lead a data-driven automation program for PaaS clients. You will design roadmaps, mentor a small team, and collaborate with product, development, and engineering to meet client needs.

This role focuses on translating complex requirements into actionable technical plans and delivering KPI-driven insights. Remote role with ~5% travel; strong healthcare domain knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role.
• Healthcare systems knowledge and regulations preferred.
• SQL proficiency; skilled with Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, client management, and multi-priority juggling in fast-paced settings.
• Cross-functional collaboration and translating problems into KPI improvements.
• Management Consulting or HealthTech experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult PaaS clients on design and roadmaps for automation.
• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports.
• Enhance automation strategy with process optimization and AI tooling.
• Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering on new features.
• Translate client requirements into technical blueprints for development.
• Analyze data and build reports to inform stakeholders on platform performance.
• Ensure KPIs and end-to-end automation success across client lifecycle.
