Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Manager, Forward Deployed Healthcare Analytics to partner with PaaS clients, design and sustain an automated prior authorization decisioning program, and drive measurable value across client portfolios.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with Product, Development, Design and Engineering, translating client needs into technical blueprints and delivering analytics reports that inform stakeholders while advancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years in data-centric, client-facing roles.
Healthcare domain knowledge preferred.
MBA/MPH or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Consult PaaS clients on designing an optimal decision automation program and develop strategic roadmaps.
Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, enabling execution, prioritization, and professional development.
Enhance automation strategy team through process optimization, analytics framework, and AI tooling.
Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering to scope new features for client needs.
Translate client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams to implement.
Analyze authorization and claims data; build analytics reports informing stakeholders on platform performance.
Ensure client KPIs are met and drive end-to-end automation success across client portfolios.
