Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Healthcare Analyst to guide PaaS client engagements, designing and maintaining automated prior authorization programs.

You will collaborate with product, development, design, and engineering to translate client needs into technical blueprints, build dashboards, and ensure KPIs are met across the client lifecycle. Travel about 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role with ability to build relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, clinical workflows, and regulations.
• Ability to navigate ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management and analysis with integrity.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience building or maintaining dashboards in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Proficiency with SQL to extract insights from complex healthcare datasets.
• Ability to develop deep product expertise and guide customers to maximize platform value.
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders on KPI definitions and product enhancements.
• passion for improving the U.S. healthcare system and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Consult PaaS clients on designing an optimal decision automation program.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering to scope new functionality.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of decision automation performance.
• Analyze authorization data and build analytical reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure client KPIs are met and end-to-end automation succeeds.
• Identify opportunities to scale and improve consultation workflows.
