Cohere Health is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Healthcare Analyst to lead automated prior authorization initiatives for PaaS clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain value-driven solutions and reporting.

The role demands 8+ years in client-facing roles, healthcare domain knowledge, and strong BI skills. It is a fully remote position with ~5% travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing role within healthcare or analytics.
• Experience building dashboards and dashboards in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, workflows, and regulations.
• Able to navigate ethical considerations in healthcare data management.

Responsibilities

• Consult PaaS clients to design optimal decision automation programs.
• Translate client requirements into technical blueprints for developers.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering on new functionality.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement of automation performance.
• Analyze data and build reports to inform stakeholders on platform performance.
• Ensure KPIs are met and drive end-to-end automation success for clients.
• Identify opportunities to scale consultation workflows.
