Cohere Health is seeking an experienced data leader to drive analytics for our healthcare PaaS clients and automation initiatives. You will manage a team, mentor direct reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize client outcomes.

In this remote role with light travel, you will analyze claims data using SQL and Tableau/Power BI to define KPIs and actionable insights. Expect 8+ years in data-centric, client-facing roles and a strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
