Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably with our tech stack.
• Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to APIs and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
