Job summary

Parafin, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to drive complex partner integrations and core platform improvements. You will own delivery end-to-end, ship code to scale features, and design new integration patterns across platforms while collaborating with Sales, GTM, Product and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes external partner engagement, strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments, and a culture of ownership. Remote-friendly with competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building end-to-end backend systems across the stack.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to represent Parafin with external partners.
• Strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for complex partner launches.
• Ship and contribute code to core product and scale features for partners.
• Design new integration patterns and interfaces.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM, Product and Eng to align scope and reduce rework.
• Identify and remove friction in integrations and tooling.
