Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, discovering AI opportunities, architecting systems, and delivering production-ready solutions.

You’ll operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, handling discovery calls, scoping, and delivery with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior in regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

This role requires hands-on software development, strong communication, and a track record of delivering end-to-end AI projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development.
• Experience shipping agentic AI solutions and RAG in production.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams.
• Experience with production AI tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Discover requirements with stakeholders and translate to specs.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Operate CI/CD and governance for AI deployments.
