Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to implement, optimize, and deploy intelligent AI systems for enterprise clients. You will work with customer leaders, project teams, and internal engineers to operationalize AI agents in the field.

You will report to the Forward Deployed Engineering Manager and will be based Remote within the United States, with travel to client sites up to 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping solutions with large language models (LLMs).
• Strong foundation in ML concepts, evaluation, and model training/fine-tuning principles.
• Proficient in software engineering with modern stacks and customer-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact AI implementation projects and own technical delivery from discovery to production.
• Build and scale LLM-powered agentic workflows and production data pipelines for enterprise operations.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand challenges and define AI implementation strategy.
• Drive measurable value by implementing real-world AI solutions that reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% or more to lead onsite workshops and field deployments.
