Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications and prompt engineering.
• Ability to embed with non-technical domain experts and translate workflows to engineering requirements.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, regulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Surface automation opportunities within Compliance and translate them into engineering requirements.
• Prototype quickly using the company’s AI platform and define build-vs-buy strategies.
• Ensure auditability, traceability, and human-in-the-loop controls for compliance tooling.
• Drive adoption through walkthroughs and stakeholder feedback loops.
