Job summary

ALAW in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced foreclosure paralegal to draft documents for attorney review, review dockets, and manage filings with courts. This role supports multiple teams in a high-volume environment and offers a hybrid remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a non-judicial foreclosure role or similar position.
• Legal experience in foreclosure field preferred.
• Ability to review chain of title.
• Work in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist other teams when needed.
• Maintain accuracy, be detail-oriented and highly productive.
• Proficient with PC, Microsoft Office, and internet tools.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents for attorney review including Substitution of Trustees, Notice of Sale, Foreclosure Deeds and Acceleration letters.
• Review dockets and public records for case progress and recordings.
• Perform Quality Control checks on files to ensure accuracy before and after sale.
• Communicate with Clients and provide status of accounts in multiple Client Systems.
• Handling Original Documents, recordings of originals, and/or Filing with the courts.
• Cross train and assist in other departments to ensure continuity.
