Job summary

ALAW, a nationwide law firm, seeks an attorney or foreclosure specialist to draft documents for review by attorneys, review dockets, and perform quality control on files related to foreclosure matters. The role supports multiple client systems and cross-trains across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of foreclosure experience or in a similar position.
• Legal experience in foreclosure is preferred.
• Ability to review chain of title is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents for attorney review (Substitution of Trustees, Notice of Sale, Foreclosure Deeds, Acceleration letters).
• Review dockets and public records for case progress and recordings.
• Perform quality control checks on files to ensure accuracy before and after sale.

Job description

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a non-judicial foreclosure role or in a similar position.
• Legal experience in the foreclosure field is desired
• Ability to review chain of title preferred
• Ability to work in high volume, fast passed environment
• Ability and willingness to assist other teams when needed
• Ability to maintain accuracy, be detail-orientated and highly productive
• PC proficiency, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
• Ability to problem solve independently
• Must have a Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift and overtime as needed.
