Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously with borrowers, clients, attorneys, and internal staff.
• Must be able to multitask and adapt to change.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Proficient in internet research.
• Understanding of the foreclosure process preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and preparing legal documents and filings.
• Responding promptly to high volumes of email and communication.
• Maintain relationships with business associates and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all levels.
• Support attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Prepare and file status updates before hearings.
• Provide regular client status updates and follow up on documents.
