Padgett Law Group in Indiana is seeking a Legal Assistant- Foreclosure to manage foreclosure files and perform critical tasks through the foreclosure process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

This role supports document preparation, case record maintenance, deadline tracking, and coordination with clients and internal teams to advance file progression while upholding quality service and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or related legal field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with foreclosure processes and state-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Case management of foreclosure files in compliance with guidelines.
• Prepare and file foreclosure-related documents.
• Data entry and tracking in case management systems.
• Communicate with clients professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow.
• Ensure deadlines are met and compliance maintained.
• Generate reports on file status and timelines.
• Identify process improvements and training needs.
