Job summary

Padgett Law Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist to join our team as we expand our North Carolina practice. You will work on drafting and filing essential foreclosure documents, respond to high volumes of email, and support attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organizational skills, and familiarity with LPS, Tempo, and Vendorscape are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys, and outside parties.
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, preparing, assignments, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Responding to a heavy volume of email correspondence in a timely manner.
• Maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all interaction levels.
• Support attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive atmosphere.
• Prepare and file status updates prior to scheduled hearings.
• Provide regular client status updates and follow up on documents and services.
• Review Notices of Default and communicate updated figures with clients.
