Padgett Law Group, a creditors' rights law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented professional for onsite work in Media, PA. You will draft legal documents, respond to heavy email traffic, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting attorneys in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and adapt to change.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet research.
• Good understanding of foreclosures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing legal documents and motions.
• Responding promptly to high volumes of email and inquiries.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and business partners.
• Providing excellent client service at all levels.
• Supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Preparing and filing status updates before hearings.
• Providing regular client status updates and follow-ups on documents.
