Job summary

Padgett Law Group seeks a Foreclosure Specialist with North Carolina experience as we prepare to open a Charlotte office. You will handle drafting and filing of legal documents, respond to high volumes of emails, and maintain strong client and attorney relationships.

The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. You will support attorneys in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely client updates and filings.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, preparing, assignments, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Responding to a heavy volume of emails in a timely, courteous manner.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with business associates and clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients at all levels of interaction.
• Supporting attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Preparing and filing status updates prior to hearings.
• Providing regular client status updates and follow-up on documents.
• Reviewing Notices of Default and communicating required figures to clients.
• Monitoring for executed client declarations and filing them with the court.
