Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist to manage the foreclosure process for a portfolio of mortgage loans in Clanton, Alabama. You will coordinate with foreclosure attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely completion in line with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Provide investor with status updates during foreclosure.
• Assemble documentation for audits and investor/regulatory requests.
• Generate monthly scorecards, exception, and workflow reports.
• Ensure FHA deadlines and legal timelines are met.
• Prepare bidding instructions and verify lien position.
• Review invoices and payment processes for related costs.
• Review equity position for potential charge-off and update systems.
