Qualifications

• A combined 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience is required.
• At least 1 year in Default Servicing or related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure actions from referral to post-foreclosure and track issues.
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to minimize delays and resolve simple disputes.
• Provide status updates to investors and respond to audit requests.
• Generate monthly and ad hoc reports for Foreclosure and workflow tracking.
• Ensure FHA deadlines are met and prepare bidding instructions per investor guidelines.
• Review equity position and perform equity analysis for potential charge offs.
• Coordinate with CAM, internal/external counsel and manage daily queues.
