Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our Colorado team. You will support foreclosure matters across our Colorado practice, performing loan-level reviews and coordinating with courts, clients, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of law firm foreclosure experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in Mountain Time.

Qualifications

At least three years of law firm foreclosure experience.
Willingness to work in Mountain Time Zone.
Strong attention to detail in document preparation.
Experience using mortgage-servicing systems (LoanSphere/BKFS/ICE).
Problem-solving mindset with initiative and good judgment.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Colorado foreclosure procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive loan-level desktop reviews and prioritize work.
Communicate with courts, clients, counsel, recording offices, and vendors.
Manage a portfolio of active files and meet deadlines.
Update internal systems with findings, documentation and recommendations.
Draft and record legal documents under attorney supervision.
Calendar and monitor deadlines for client, court, publication, recording, sale, redemption, bankruptcy and post-sale matters.
Assist attorneys with compliance for bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections requirements.
