The Foreclosure Paralegal will support one or more attorneys, manage deadlines, filings, and billing, and help ensure accuracy and compliance across complex litigation matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years paralegal experience with foreclosure/real estate preferred.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred; bachelor’s degree acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure processes, court rules, and e-filing.

Responsibilities

• Manage client, court, and opposing counsel communications promptly and professionally.
• Schedule hearings and maintain calendars for assigned attorneys.
• Prepare, file, and record documents with courts and recorder offices.
• Conduct regular mailings and service of process.
• Support assigned attorneys with case strategy and daily operations.
• Identify billable tasks and ensure accurate client billing.
• Conduct weekly file reviews to monitor status and deadlines.
• Monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with rules and requirements.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files with e-filing.
• Perform additional paralegal duties as needed.
