Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, a national law firm specializing in creditors’ rights and real estate law, seeks a meticulous Paralegal to support Florida practice. You will assist attorneys with foreclosure-related matters, prepare and file documents, and track deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have paralegal experience, knowledge of court procedures, and proficiency with MS Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal or legal support experience in a law firm, legal department, or similar professional environment.
• Knowledge of court procedures, filing requirements, local rules, and hearing calendars.
• Experience with creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate, or related financial services matters is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with court matters, including foreclosure-related and creditor-related matters.
• Prepare, review, organize, and file legal documents.
• Track deadlines, hearing dates, filing requirements, and service requirements.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, court personnel, clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• Maintain organized files and help ensure matters are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
