Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join our Colorado team. You will support foreclosure matters across our Colorado practice, performing loan-level reviews and coordinating with courts, clients, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of law firm foreclosure experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in Mountain Time.

• Calendar and monitor deadlines for client, court, publication, recording, sale, redemption, bankruptcy and post-sale matters.
• Assist attorneys with compliance for bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections requirements.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, and prioritize the work appropriately
• Communicate with the courts, clients, opposing counsel, county recording offices, publishers, process servers, and other vendors, as applicable.
• Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations
• Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Draft and record legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Calendar and monitor applicable client, court, publication, recording, sale, redemption, bankruptcy, and post-sale deadlines.
• Assist attorneys in maintaining compliance with applicable local, state, and federal bankruptcy, foreclosure, and collections requirements. (as applicable)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Candidate should have at least three years of Law Firm experience handling foreclosures.
• Ideal candidates will be willing to work in Mountain Time Zone
• Document preparation experience with great attention to detail
• Experience operating in LoanSphere/BKFS/ICE or comparable mortgage-servicing, bankruptcy, or foreclosure case-management systems.
• Creative in problem-solving and takes initiative when issues arise, with ability to use good judgment or obtain direction or clarification when needed; good work ethic
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; Strong interpersonal skills and reliability
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities
• Familiarity with Colorado foreclosure procedures, including county recording practices, Public Trustee submission and monitoring, service coordination, Court filing and calendaring, and post-sale/redemption tracking, preferred; however, the ideal candidate doesn't have to reside in-state.

Required Education and Training:

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
• 3 years experience in handling Colorado foreclosures preferred

The pay range for this role is:

40,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Remote (CO, US))
