Qualifications

• At least one year of law firm foreclosure experience.
• Document preparation including Notices of Sale and Deeds.
• Experience using Loansphere, BKFS and ICE systems.
• Creative problem-solver with good judgment and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage workflow under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Foreclosure Law.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases and prioritize work.
• Communicate with courts, clients and opposing counsel.
• Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to meet timelines.
• Ensure internal systems are updated with findings, documentation and recommendations.
• Draft and record legal documents.
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections requirements.
