Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners seeks an experienced foreclosure specialist to support loan-file reviews and document preparation at a fast pace in Las Vegas. The role requires attention to deadlines, strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative approach within a team of attorneys and paralegals.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of foreclosure experience, familiarity with Notices of Sale and Deeds, and proficiency with Loansphere/BKFS/ICE.

Qualifications

• One year of law firm experience handling foreclosures.
• Document preparation including but not limited to Notices of Sale and Deeds.
• Experience operating in Loansphere/ BKFS/ICE.
• Creative in problem-solving and takes initiative when issues arise, with ability to use good judgment or obtain direction or clarification where needed.
• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities
• Knowledge of Mortgage Foreclosure Law

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, and prioritize the work appropriately
• Communicate with the courts, clients and opposing counsel
• Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations
• Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Draft and record legal documents
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections requirements (as applicable)
