Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a remote fee-approval specialist to support the Florida team. You will request, follow up, and bill fee approvals, use reports to process fee requests, and update fee matrices in client systems.

The role requires 2+ years of foreclosure experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years foreclosure knowledge.
• Familiar with Foreclosure pleadings and documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems.
• Able to adjust to the rapid pace of the Department and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Client system knowledge preferred (LPS, VendorScape, ADR, LenStar, etc)

Responsibilities

• Become an expert with our case management systems and ensure that client expectations are being met.
• Work in all client systems and provide required documents
• Locate file in case management system and reply to client with required document requests
• Examine Florida foreclosure/Litigation files to determine the current status of the file
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
